Hailing from the Barberton/Akron area, Jade's road into event entertainment started with a single class. She was invited to attend a community session on what "party motivating" actually meant… a job she'd never even heard of before that day. She walked out with a new career, hired on the strength of what she showcased in the room.

A dancer since age 3 and a dance teacher since age 14, Jade also spent time working in a daycare running summer camp programs, giving her a natural gift for connecting with kids — opening their shells and making them comfortable enough to be silly and have fun.

As a party motivator, and DJ and MC in training, Jade brings an energy that never runs out and is contagious the moment she hits the floor. Whatever the celebration — a mitzvah, birthday party, wedding, or cookout — she turns up the dance floor and makes sure every guest is fully in it. Her dance career has taken her just as far: she began performing professionally at 17, and has since been crowned World of Dance Chicago Champion (2021), competed at the Vibe Competition, performed for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit's New Year's Eve celebration at Lago in Cleveland, taken the Playhouse Square stage twice, and performed at both the Detroit City Dance Fest and Cleveland Dance Festival.

Jade still teaches dance from time to time and stays involved in a youth mentorship program focused on inspiring the next generation. Her mission, on and off the dance floor, is for everyone around her to feel seen, valued, heard, and comfortable being exactly who they are.
